Why homes?
The Church has always grown in homes.
Beneath the golden apse of San Clemente, excavators reached the deepest layer of all: a first-century Roman home, where that neighborhood’s first Christians gathered to break bread and pray for each other by name.
The faith rising in splendor above ground was born — and is still sustained — in homes.

The Lord has always worked in small rooms. Yours may be next.
I’ve never been part of a Catholic group like this. Is that okay?
It is the norm. Most of the people you’ll meet felt exactly as you do on their first evening. Come once. Nothing is asked of you.
Do I have to know the Bible, or pray out loud?
Neither. A Gathering opens the same Gospel the whole Church is praying with that day, and you are free to simply sit and listen.
I don’t see one near me yet.
That is often the moment the Lord is inviting you to open your own living room. An evening, a Gospel, and a willingness to welcome one or two people.
