How We Gather

01

LOVE.

Respect others. Don’t interrupt. Listen with real interest and care. Encourage.

02

ENVIRONMENT.

Don’t allow conflicting media or phones. Light a candle when you gather.

03

MAKE IT YOUR OWN.

Move at your family’s pace. Invite every voice, adapt for age and attention, and know anyone may pass.

04

PRAY WHEN IT’S REAL.

When a burden emerges, ask: “Can we pray for that right now?” A parent or guardian may close with the blessing.

Welcome

Make room for every voice in family life.

Settle in. Begin with gratitude for simply being together.

Relationships

Begin with the life you share.

Two fun questions

  1. ·What's your favorite season, and why?
  2. ·What was a good moment from your week — even a very small one?

Five daily questions

Go around. Each person shares — briefly.

  1. 1Something you're grateful for.
  2. 2A recent victory — however small.
  3. 3A current challenge or struggle.
  4. 4An affirmation of someone in your life.
  5. 5Something meaningful happening for you right now.

Prayer & The Word

Turn together toward Christ.

Opening Prayer

Pray this together, or invite someone to lead a spontaneous prayer.

Lord God, we thank You for being the center of this missioned group of believers. Help us to know that You are truly present with us, here and now, listening to us, desiring us to more fully discover and live You.

Teach us of humility, honesty, encouragement, discipline, and commitment.

We recommit ourselves to becoming the church You call us to be.

May Your love overflow into our marriages, families, friendships, work and world, that Your Kingdom be done here on earth as it is in heaven.

Glory be to the Father... Amen.

The Word among us

Live IT Today

Sunday, October 4

Sunday, October 4, 2026

The vineyard is Mine, and My Son is My gift to you; reject the lie that you can possess life apart from Me, and welcome Him as your cornerstone.

Proclaim it aloud

Read today’s Gospel aloud, slowly. If it helps, read it a second time. Let it land before anyone speaks.

Today's Gospel is at the top of today's reflection on LiveITToday.us.

Live IT This Week

Let the Word become a life.

Carry the Word home into ordinary family life—at the table, in the car, at bedtime.

Quiet moment · about 3 minutes

Notice what you are carrying into this gathering — gratitude, worry, restlessness. Lay it down before the Lord.

Before we are sent

Commitments

Each person may name one manageable way to grow this week—patience, helping, prayer, encouragement, or another invitation God is placing before your family.

Sending

Go in peace. Carry one another.

Intentions

If possible, stand and form a circle. Bring before the Lord the people and situations on your heart. After each intention, we respond together:

Lord, hear our prayer.

Our FatherHail MaryGlory Be

Parent blessing

LORD JESUS CHRIST, let Your holy anointing be upon each of our children, grandchildren, and godchildren this day and week, including all to whom they are called in vocation, and all future generations! In Your Sacred Name we claim them for You! We renounce all whispers, lies, and influences of the Enemy! We pray right now that each know Your loving Presence, be forged in virtue, and be flooded with an abundance of Your Holy Spirit to live fully their identity and mission in You now and through all eternity, through the intercession of our Blessed Mother! Amen.

You Belong.
