A person reads every listing before it appears — no automatic approvals. Most listings are reviewed within two business days. You'll get an email the moment your page is live, and your dashboard always shows exactly where things stand.
You asked me for a change. Did something go wrong?
Almost never. A revision request usually means one small thing — a clearer description, a working phone number, a photo we can display well. Your listing hasn't been turned down. Make the edit in your dashboard, then choose Send back for review.
Can I edit my listing after it's live?
Yes, any time. Small edits publish immediately. Bigger changes — your name, category, or description — return the listing to a quick review so the directory stays trustworthy. Nothing is lost while we look.
What does a listing cost, and when does it renew?
A directory listing is $150 for the year. We email you thirty days, seven days, and the morning your year ends. If a renewal slips past you, your listing keeps showing for a thirty-day grace period — we'd rather remind you than drop you.
My photos won't upload.
We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP up to 20 MB, and we resize them for you. Photos straight from an iPhone are sometimes HEIC — in your camera settings choose Most Compatible, or email the photos to us and we'll place them.
Can I pause or remove my listing?
Of course. Request an archive from your dashboard, or write to us. Your story, photos, and recommendations stay saved in case you return.
Someone recommended us. Can I respond?
Yes — every approved recommendation can carry one gracious reply from you. It's one of the warmest things a visitor sees.
